Object Repositories

Object repositories are a reusable pattern for grouping identifiable objects into queryable collections.

Why they matter

They make it easier for the rest of the system to look up the right object quickly without every consumer inventing its own collection rules.

Practical value

If a part of the tool needs fast access to objects by identity, an object repository provides a stable way to do that.

This is especially useful when authored content or runtime entities need to be found repeatedly during simulation.
